We are both a design, development & construction company, with over 30 years’ experience in construction. We pride ourselves in our honesty with clients, wanting them to not only enjoy the process of building, but be reassured they chose the correct builder. WHAT WE DO
Casquila projects provide all services required from the decision to build, up until the handing over of keys to your newly constructed house or duplex. We are by the client’s side from start to finish, providing the reassurance and knowledge needed to ensure everything is done right.
DESIGN & APPROVALS
Often clients have the site and the ambition to build, but don’t know where to start. At Casquila, we take all the necessary steps for our client’s to get the ball rolling. Our partner architects will organise the design of your new project, putting all your ideas and thoughts into a design you are more than pleased with . All other necessary documentation will also be coordinated in order to obtain a complete package of design documentation. We take care of lodging the documentation with council or certifiers, relieving the clients having to complete this themselves.
The benefits of having your builder involved in the design stage has many advantages, not only guiding you in the right direction from the start, but also allowing us to share our knowledge and expertise, saving you time, money and stress.
CONSTRUCTION STAGE
Once necessary approvals are received, Casquila projects commences construction of your new dream project. A combination of our knowledge and experience combined with quality trades, ensures quality construction.
BUILDING TENDER
Already have a design and want Casquila projects to build it? We would be more than happy to submit a tender for your existing design, and look forward to completing the construction works for you as your builder.
